Outsourcing

• Register first

  If you would like to learn more or bookmark your favourite item, please register.

• Bookmark the outsourced staff you are interested in

  If you are interested in one of our outsourced staff, please bookmark it.

• The management company will get in touch

  You will be contacted by the management company regarding future progress and contractual details.

• Contract

  If you want to outsource task to our personnel or advertise on FiZiP, please conclude a contract with the management company.

• Submission of content to FiZiP

  "Please submit your outsourcing project content to FiZiP in English, Chinese or other languages. If we do the Japanese translation, an additional fee will be charged."

• Posting on FiZiP

  We will post to FiZiP in Japanese.

• Online negotiation if there are interested outsourcersl.

  "If an outsourcer registers the project as a preference We will set up an online business meeting."

• If both parties agree, they will work locally

  Once an agreement has been reached, we will first receive half of the remuneration, and then send the outsourced person to your area.

  If you would like to hire our candidates or advertise on FiZiP, please conclude a contract with the management company.

• Submit your job offer

  Please submit your recruitment information to FiZiP in English, Chinese or other languages. If we do the Japanese translation, an additional fee will be charged.

• Posting on FiZiP

  We will post to FiZiP in Japanese.

• If there are interested candidate, a document review will be conducted.

  If our candidate registers the offer as a preference, you will be given his/her cv or resume.

• An online interview will be conducted after the document review

  If the document review is approved, you will need to organise an online interview.

• Examination will be carried out after the interview

  If the interview is passed, candidates will be asked to go to a tasting on site.. (Currently unaffected by COVID) We will give guidance on such as visa application preparation if passed.

• Concluding contract locally.

  Candidates will be asked to visit your site and conclude contract.
